How do I care for my Rovewaver?
To keep your Rovewaver in top condition, follow these simple care instructions:
- Hand wash or machine wash using cold to warm water (40°C maximum is suggested).
- If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected.
- Use only very mild detergents (approved for wool/silk).
- Do not tumble dry.
- Avoid mixing with other colours.
- Do not iron.
What is the shipping policy?
We offer a flat rate shipping of $7.95 for standard delivery, which takes approximately 2-8 business days. For those who need their items faster, we also provide express shipping for $15, delivering your order within 1-3 business days.
Please note that we allow 1-2 business days for handling to process and fulfill orders, excluding weekends and public holidays. You can expect your parcel to arrive within the specified timeframes from the moment it leaves our warehouse.

Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

What's your returns policy?
A return must be requested 30 days of the ship date, after which merchandise must be sent back within 14 days.
Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
Returns must include the packing slip supplied during return process (packing slip will auto-generate along with the return label). Package should only include items listed in that particular return packing slip.
Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.
Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, gifts with purchase).
